Thank you for shopping with KaitoCraft. This shipping policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Time
The estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days. Please note that these are estimates only. Delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or periods of high shipping volume.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email will include a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take 1–3 days for the tracking information to be updated.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.
Customs Fees and Import Duties
Cetras LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes or other additional costs that may arise once the shipment reaches your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at cetrasllc@gmail.com. We will contact the shipping carrier and help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Cetras LLC accepts no responsibility for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly entered address provided by the customer.
